Insurance

The Outlaw Psychological Center, PLLC accepts insurance in Virginia and New York through Headway, a secure platform that manages scheduling, billing, and insurance verification. Sessions can be scheduled directly through Headway, which also confirms your coverage and handles claims on your behalf.

Clients paying privately may request a superbill to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement. Submission and reimbursement are determined solely by the insurance provider, and the practice cannot guarantee coverage or payment.

Private Pay

Private-pay sessions are available for clients in both Virginia and New York.

Individual Therapy (50 min): $225 per session

Group Therapy: $65–75 per session, depending on the group

Therapy Intensives: please contact for a custom quote

Payment is processed securely via Headway or other approved methods. Good Faith Estimates are available for all private-pay sessions.

Telehealth-Only Services

All services are conducted via secure telehealth. Clients must be physically located in Virginia or New York at the time of the session.

Cancellation Policy

To provide consistent care for all clients, a $100 cancellation fee applies for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
